im a little confused about the budew part, can i has a screenshot of where budew is suppose to be at? also does this budew appear on certain weather conditions?

im new to reborn and so far im loving it~ eevees are awesome and i wanted to catch get one, but im having trouble getting to the eevee. I kno theres a video on how to get the eevee, but the thing that leaves me confused is making the tree disappear. Im talking about the tree that leads to the train, NOT the tree the leads to the cave. I havent fought serra yet cause i wanted to add eevee to my team first before battling her. How do yu get rid of the tree near the fountain?
