I've never understood why there is so much suffering because of tests, I mean, yeah, grades are important and all. but they are nothing to cause yourself a breakdown for.
because some people perceive tests differently than others do. their home situations may be different with how their parents respond to a possible bad grade, mental illness is a thing, and some tests determine someone's entire future, so there's plenty of reasons as of why to be stressed t b h
