  1. One thought about fiction in general. I know some people want to write dark stories, or deal with something in a gritty way, but when is dark too dark? Where do you draw the line on where the story doesn't cause shock, horror or some other emotion and just brings apathy?

      That's up to the writer, and to the people reading. They choose that for them self etc... That's really how it works. Dark for the sake of Dark is the easiest way, because it not having any purpose then "lol, blood and gore and sadness and etc" it tends to lose impact over time bacues each time you do it... they jsut expect the outcome. The readers care less and less aobut it lol.
