      I'd focus on Golbat.

      After the 2 gym would be a good thing to level Gyara, since you'll probably need him for upcoming battles. And if you have a reasonable amount of money, take Golbat to the salons and get the happyness/friendship level high enough

      I got both of them covered and got the 3rd gym, it was the saddest moment I ever experienced and yet so satisfying
