How do you get the EXP share?

I see a lot of people here have a lot of substitute pokemon in the PC, and I wonder how they train them that quickly. Do you just leave them at the day care? Do you have a good grinding spot? Is there an EXP share? since I want to train a haunter to level 60 and I have 30 levels to go, it will be like hell to me.

Allright, I have some ideas for a third special attacker. 1) Spiritomb Pros: Good Attacking stats, Good defensive stats, learns dark pulse early on, only 1 weakness. Cons: Odd Keystone could be hard to find, weakness to fairy which could be a possible gym early on. 2) Alakazam Pros: Very good special attack and speed, can learn Psychic, is easily obtained. Cons: Another Psychic type, I would need to use my last linkstone to evolve Kadabra, could be a pain to level up. 3) Cryogonal Pros: Good Sp.Attack, Speed and very good Sp. Defense. Cons: Could be a pain to find stunfisk, and lousy HP + Defense.

I beat Luna! Arbok has been replaced with Porygon2. Should I keep the team like this or should I replace ursaring with something else? EDIT: @Tamer, was more difficult this time because last time I had a lot of resistance against psychic types lol, but this time sharpedo and porygon swept his team, and golem killed gardevoir with explosion.

That found Luna very easy? I killed 4 of her pokemon with Infernape, Malamar with Porygon2 and Honchkrow with Golem. By far the easiest gym leader in the game IMO. What about you guys?

I have Swoobat as my only special attacker in my party, and I need 2 more to make up for perfect balance. I have a porygon in the day care and will use him as soon as I get the up-grade after Noel, but what about the other one? I have a lv 42 noibat but with TERRIBLE nature and TERRIBLE IVs, not worth using. Hopefully you guys recommend something that isn't too hard to train or isn't too underleveled for me (I just beat Aya).

Does she have a pokemon that doesn't have a rock/dark move? I also have a level 40 Arbok w/ intimidate that has screech and glare, that strategy has saved me in numerous battles before, and unless all of them have EQ, it could work with infernape. Wow. Easiest gym leader so far. I set up calm mind with swoobat first turn, she uses payback and gets a crit, I 1 hit machamp and gallade with air slash and psychic, and then 1 hit her lucario with cc. I then go to my ursaring to use baby doll eyes to lower medicham's attack, and then go to arbok to get the intimidate, screech, and then 2 hit it with crunch, 1 hit scrafty with infernape and killed toxicroak with golem. 5-0 lol

Is Infernape good? Does her machamp have any dark/rock attacks?
