    So there is this 20 euros tax I don't have to pay. To PROVE that I don't have to pay it, I need to procure 3 forms and have them printed and compiled in double copy (2 euros), make a copy of all my documents (1,5 euros), and have everything delivered via high-priority express (18 euros). Am I the only one who sees something inherently wrong with this?
