      i have to disagree with filler making things interesting

      ive always found filler to be annoying and unnecessary in anything

      Depends on how they are done and how frequently. Generalizing is bad, you know. I find Fairy Tail's fillers to be surprisingly interesting, as they often expand on aspects of the (VERY large) cast the manga glosses over. A far cry from the disaster that was the Naruto fillers between the first series and Shippuden...

      i just dont like when series go off of the main plot

      and ive seen shows that stay to the plot and do a great job mixing in humor and development while still keeping the plot serious
