    Fairy Tail Episode 9 and 10: this is one of the very few series in which filler episodes don't feel like a complete waste of time.

      yeah i get your point it has 4 cannon arcs and 4 filler arcs 9 if you count specials but atleast there good

      I highly disagree. I skip whole arcs because they don't feel at all relevant.

      That would be because Fairy Tail has a different structure compared to most anime. Since the "main plot" has ties in the lives of pretty muc everybody, the story takes its time to develop everyone as characters, and dig in their backstories. I personally love it, but to each his own.
