Well this is exactly what I do I use a GBA,DS,PS1,PS2,PSP and Gamecube/Wii Emulator for alot of my gaming needs as I feel I missed out on alot of old gems on past systems.
I hve WinDS Pro, which is basicall a collection of all Nintendo emulators. I pick the one that works better with the specific GBA/DS game I am playing, depending on the needs of the moment.
