    You know, I was thinking that it makes perfect sense for Steel-type Pokemon to be impossible to poison, because you obviously cannot poison a piece of metal... But can you poison a piece of rock?

      A Poison buff is what we need. Even with fairies in Gen 6, Poison is just such a bad type offensively and defensively.

      Well I don't necessarily agree. Poison DID get not just an important role, but also a few new pretty powerful mons (and quite a few buffs to existing ones), to the point that I rarely see a team without a Poison-type nowadays.

      Going to the original topic here's how I see it: pokemon no matter what type have a blood stream and poison can get in even if they have rock armor around them

      Steel types however have a skin that can't be broken through with any form of toxic

      It's not perfect I know but at least it makes some sense
