      I don't know about statwise, and generally I don't like relying on Light/Darkness, so I don't like her elemental allignment either... But Heat Riser alone makes her invaluable simply because it allows you not to use it on Yu, thus using Yu as a pure attacker... And Yu as a pure attacker is brutal when he has a strong Persona equipped and Heat Riser boosting him...

      Which is why Chie became a better physical attacker than Kanji in Golden: enhanced criticals + Dragon Hustle, which is essentially Heat Riser for the whole party...
