    So here's the thing: Breloom sucks in Gen 3, in Gen 4 and 5 it isn't in any regional dex, it is not in Reborn, and I have no Gen 6 games. What must a guy do to use Breloom in a game?

      Pokemon Glazed! It'll basically pull you through so many games. AND there's a Seed Bomb tutor in the game so he gets a strong physical Grass STAB too.
