Never normally use items, so have no idea where to start putting them on my mons Team is nearly fully EV trained (200-252) in speed and the relevant attacking stat if a +Spd Nature, or in HP and attacking stat if not. E.g. Adamant = Trained in HP + Attack Any help would be appreciated!
