ok,so iv got through past the 4th gym ( still havent got my badge for beating the 3rd) now i need to find the purple guy again for a key but iv looked everywhere and cant find him, anyone know were he will be?

ok, yeh i was doing it wrong with the candy, now i just need to find a spot to level my low pokemon iv beat every person apart from gym leader so gotta run around in some grass i think
