Am I the only one that chose Meganium as my starter?

  2. Could you mention that Skrelp can only be caught with a Good Rod? I may have or may have not spent hours fishing up grimers with my old rod in Peridot and Coral wards.....

It's too late for me, but for other noobs who want it that could be useful...

The post on skrelp already mentions the good rod?

  3. Technically Treecko but a little after I started I ran into the grunt with the lvl 11 poocheyana and got slaughtered ( I never healed any of my pokemons......) After that I chose mudkip called it Kipt (Don't ask) and went on with my adventure.

  4. What's the encounter rate of Aipom for Headbutt trees? I've been looking for it all day and all I found was Caterpie, Weedle, Pidgey and Pineco.

Sorry I wasn't able to answer this sooner. I was busy today. Anyways, Aipom is a very rare encounter.

PSA on finding aimpom, I decided to try and find one myself. So I grabbed my my litleo and rammed it as hard as I could into a tree for the next 50 minutes at 3.5 speed so roughly for 175 minutes or nearly three hours of work (Poor Braveheart....). I found a shiny caterpie but no aipom. So I decided to switch trees still no luck so I decided to switch trees to one which had a low rate of encounter and bam 5 minutes in three monkeys. The thing is that aipom doesn't have a high encounter rate but rather a only appears in low encounter rate trees. In pokemon there are 2 kinds of headbutt trees those which will yield a high encounter rate and those who have a much lower, thing is they have encounters independent of each other. So if your looking for aipom headbutt a tree that refuses to give you a pokemon you should find one soon.

  5. Not sure if your aware us this or not but I took a look into the Rare pokemon task glitch, the event turns on when the switch RarePokemon is turned on however you turned RarePokemon off before you the events was registered as complete. The event deleted it self before it register itself as complete.

Also I'm not sure but I think you used the wrong switch to register the event as complete.

Edit: Found a glitch, for the Fountains task you can fight the Carvanah again if you check the last fountain before heading back to the help center even if you caught/beat before.

Edit: Ok looked into that glitch, for the right fountain near the station that brings you to goldenwood you have it set so that the event completes when the switch hits 6 unlike the others which complete by turning on self switch b.

  6. Is anyone else having trouble with Narissa? Her pokemon keep punching holes in my team with those field boosted ghostly wails and render my physical attackers useless with the def boost. I haven't made it past the first 3 pokemon :/

Also I'm just curious but what are your rejuvenation teams?

    My team is

    Serperior 39

    Crobat 38

    Gloom 38

    Hitmonchan 38

    Dewgong 38

    Houndoom 28 (still training)

  7. I would say Zeta, the Zeta teams has much more coverage and isn't forced to run filler moves like scary face, rain dance and tri attack. There not bad moves just not optimal. Also the Zeta team has a multiscale dragonite, with azurmaril out of the way that thing can take on the reborn team by itself.

  8. Hello i just wanted to point out that Cubchoo can be found at the cave in front of Shade's Gym. I am writing here because i saw at first page that it was written for

cubchoo and thus beartic : n/a

PS: Ep 14.1.1, that is the ep that is available at the download page.

Beartic is available. I caught one in the frozen cave with the Pulse Avalugg.

Wait I swore I updated this a long time ago......Man I'm losing it..... Anyway sorry it was never updated I really thought I did......

  9. Can Tropius' entry be changed? It's found in the same place as Nuzleaf, yet it's entry is just "Rhodocrine Jungle". I was going nuts, searching the entire jungle every time some story-event took place and only found it by chance while looking for a Nuzleaf.

Oh, and Emolga sleeps during clear days it seems.

It was changed? Sorry it used to be by the lever on top of that small hill in the Rhodocrine Jungle on sunny days I had no idea it was changed and yeah I'll update emolga too.

  10. Try leading with a pokemon with compoundeyes. It'll buff the chance of a hold item from 5 percent to 20 percent and the pokemon can fainted. Some easy compoundeyes users to find are venonat which is found in Obsidia park night and the rooftop garden as well as butterfree which you get by leveling a caterpie like 5 levels which you find by the apartment garden.

  11. I've got a few

Mr. Biggles my Garbador put in a ton of work during the early part of the game. It was key in beating ton of the tougher early gyms like Shade and Florina. However I later dropped it because weak armor. :(

Wormadon ground, yes wormadon. In my my bug mono run wormadon ground has been pretty important. It is the only bug I had during the early game that could handle flying types. It has good phsical bulk and hit pretty decently during the early game. However its moves aren't really scaling well into the mid game... Nerveless still love my wormadon.

Butterfree, I honestly don't know why I still have mine. I have a vivilion with hurricane which pretty much the same thing as butterfree but a little better. But despite this there are times where my butterfree actually outpreforms vivlion. I think its because of its ability tinted lens but anyway it was originally a pokemon I was going to box forever once I got vivilion but I'm quite happy it has become a staple on my team.

Accelgor, I really did not think I would be keeping this guy on my team. I originally raised it to deal with Taka's floatzel but it quickly proved it self incredibly useful for dealing with rock types and is an absolute speed demon. Another pokemon I planned on boxing but instead became a main part of my team.
