I have posted this so many times..... the dull key is used on the door that opens up in the slums, look around you will find a locked door where you can catch pamcham and get the event scraggy Soul candle is used to get pumpkaboo, talk to the pumpkin in the Beryl graveyard and it'll spawn a pumpkaboo

Thanks! I was planning to explore the railnet to find dedenne. huh weird I got my pumpkaboo through clicking on the pumpkins with a soul candle in my invent if someone can confirm this I'll add it to the list and I have tried finding pumpkaboo at night it didn't work.

hmm maybe it's just my game, its been acting weird lately like I can't get to the the rooftop garden in onyx ward i just get stuck in the elevator, a certain spot on apophyll beach seems to crash my game, and certain event pokemon like vulpix don't seem to be updated.

Found your haunted veggie well... fruit technically, but anyway go to the small cave by Shade's gym where you find Corey's Crogunk and you'll find a soul candle. Now go talk to the pumpkins and a wild pumpkaboo should appear I'm not sure if there's more than one size though.Found this while I was seeing if I could get them to appear with a floral charm. Now to find inkay and darumunka.

feed it give it a pokesnack you can buy one from the vendor to the left of the city.

Binacle is in the rocks at apohpyll beach use rock smash on them and you should get one pretty fast.
