Rose, Ixidor, Annie, and Panik (am awful person for not having continued this, I know. Considering their fight has been over for awhile, we're going to assume that they've walked to where the Battle was during it's duration) Rose staggered along, using a wall for support. That fight had cost her a great deal of her returned strength. She knew, however, that finding the way out of this circle was of the utmost importance at this point. Annie and Ixidor had come with her, along with Panik, who was acting as their body guard. Up ahead, there was a great tumultuous noise before total silence. Digging deep, the girl began running, coming to a stop when she saw a room that had the bodies of those she had met here strewn around, some alright and some... not so alright. "Oh my, what happened?!" -
Sarah huffed in agitation and stowed away her arc caster in turn, after sitting on the ground in order to make herself seem small and avoiding eye contact with them. "Guys," she said quietly, "you need to make yourselves seem like you aren't as big a threat; eye contact and body language plays into this. Try what I'm doing and see if it helps." The girl was aware of how intimidation worked, and how to best counteract it.

Sarah jogged along with the others, arc caster still at the ready in her right hand. With her left, she brushed away strands of hair and made plans to put up her hair again better when they stopped. In the meantime, she settled for humming a cheery tune.

Sarah, still fuming, gave a curt nod to Jace and began retreating.

"He went to save us!" came the astonished reply from Sarah. "He just showed how much heart he has for this mission, and you're ready to leave him for dead? In case you've forgotten, we're now a team. Win together, lose together, team. We need to help him no matter what!" Sarah's eyes narrowed dangerously. "I hope you realize that we need to work together in order to complete the mission and that none of us would leave you behind." Seeing the girl walk away from her, she spun on her heel and let out an infuriated growl, stalking off a little ways away from the others.

Sarah frowned. "Why are you here then? We're supposed to be saving people, and yet you already want to abandon someone? What's your deal?"

Sarah got up and made her way over to the others, the seriousness that she had harnessed gone. "Oh chill Vixen," she said, giving the other girl a friendly smile. "We can't leave him behind! Besides, I'm sure the medic will be able to fix him up in a jiffy!"

Sarah immediately saw Zero go down and fired four more decisive shots in rapid succession, using quick thinking and minute correction for each. "You can't take him yet, we need him on this team," she hollered.

Taking a deep breath, Sarah carefully aimed and shot straight at one of the monochromes, following it up with a shot where she thought it was likely to go. Having watched them, she noticed that they seemed to be able to dodge shots rather quickly and tried to accomodate for it.

Sarah jumped at the harsh sounding down that came, but quickly dropped to the ground and pulled her arc caster. "So, sorry to be a nuisance," she spoke, her voice surprising sharp and succinct for the second time since the team had met up, "But why exactly are we on the ground?"
