Oh whoa xD I wasn't expecting anyone to post in here again. I actually ended up picking Piplup a few days after starting this since it was at 3-1 for a while. I don't really regret or look back on it now, so that's good. I was actually kinda excited to go through it a second time, cause you know what's ahead, all the secrets, pokemon events and you even find new pokemon you didn't even know was there the first time. x) So maybe you might not be so nervous to do it? Idk, my second time around is a bit more exciting. So if you think you're regretting your first playthrough you might have more fun on the second playthrough with your fire starter choice. Hmm really? O.o Vulpix, Growlithe and Magby especially are great fire types. Magby at the beginning of the game, Vulpix is good with drought and actually did more damage than my Growlithe at one point. So fire types are actually very easy to get, magby is almost right away. <3 Awh xD Piplup has actually treated me very well. It's definitely hard to start off with, with all the gym disadvantages, but in terms of water types, there's nothing that can beat piplup for a longgg time. Or at least felt like for me when I played it the first time around. Well actually there's better water types starters I think >.> I just like the steel addition once it gets to 3rd evo. Turtwig I always love <3 I love that grass/ground typing and earthquake at a youngun age. x.x Love <3 But since the polls was 3-1 I went with Piplup still xD Yeah v.v I didn't build a team around her at all lmao and that was my problem. I fixed that this time around. Plus this was Episode 8 without common candies and my Alakazam and Serperior were both overleveled and not listening to me. x.x Very <3 xD Thank you all tho for your input and votes. <3 It brought me from unsure to sticking with Mr.Kaisui aka Piplup and it's Evo.

I would imagine it's the same ratio of the regular pokemon games of 50/50 /: I would keep trying, eventually you'll get a male.

There's actually supposed to be one in front of that tree on the ground that you can definitely catch. I changed my day to a clear day and found it there.

That's what I thought too. I re-looked at the list again and want to face palm v.v I read the colors wrong. It's not obtainable yet other than starter. Whoops. x)

Yup, definitely. It's just really rare I think >.> I think mine was clear weather. Don't remember others tho. /: I know it was at the same time as Shelmet, Karrablast, Palpitoad, Wooper and Quagsire. So if you're seeing them as well, you're in the right place/weather most likely.

You won't be able to get it until after you've beaten the second gym leader. There's also a Pichu up there hidden in the tree, I think it has to be clear weather though. Edit: Oh I get what you mean. There's two secret gardens. One where you start off and get early access to and the one I'm talking about is in Onyx ward. This building though.

Scraggy is a good one to get for her Cradily if you haven't yet. You get him/her in that previously locked room in the slums after you free the park. I went for Makuhita instead though, not an event pokemon though. Vulpix is another good one as well. You get her from max happiness of one of your pokemon. I picked my starter. I would highly recommend Drought though.

I'm curious if anyone has gotten the Numel with it's hidden ability? Because Anger Point would be sooo nice when he evolves and I must have reset it 10 or so times trying to get it.

You have to beat Florinia and then go back to the apartment complex where the old guy said Those kids always leaving the door open to the secret garden, something along those lines there will now be a kid in there playing a game, he'll apologize for his words and wanted to stay on Fern's good side and let you up to the secret garden. It has to be a windy day and you'll see a Starly chillin on the edge.

I went there rightt after beating Florinia and I believe it was either during late day or night.

I wondered if that was the case, but somebody also said that they were able to catch her/him literally right after defeating the Tangrowth /: So I don't know. I caught Starly there in windy weather yesterday. Or the day before I think it was.

I actually found it lmao I changed my days and it was there on a clear day for some reason O.o xD

It's definitely windy and the other one is flying back and forth, but the one that's supposed to be on the ground in the front of the tree isn't there /:

I asked this in trouble shooting, but also thought this could be in here too if anyone has seen a Emolga flying over the two buildings, but not seen the one sitting between the buildings before? Or have you always been able to see both Emolgas with one never being there without the other?
