You don't NEED a Meowth to get one though, any Pokemon with the ability "Pickup" can get same the items. and thank you for the video ^.^ Video is much easier to explain than explaining through typing Q_Q

I suggest going back and getting a scraggy back in the slums and train him until he knows Brick Break(lvl 20-22) and then use Swagger against her Cradily and then spamming Brick Break

It has to be a windy day, and you have to go near Shade's gym there you can catch/defeat the drifloon there, and he will say "omg you saved me!" then you go back to his mom and she says "he's still stuck", so then you go and search in the Jasper ward and there is a Scolipede Gang there, defeat them, and save him again, and his mom will give you a sticker!

1. It has to be Morning/Day 2. It has to be Windy 3. Go to the Rooftop Garden 4. Look near the bottom left 5. Battle/Capture Starly 6. Enjoy ^.^ I know I had trouble with it as well, because it wasn't too obvious that a Starly was there xD Also I caught my Starly when I was playing Episode 9, so it should be working!
