I just beat Aya, the poison gym leader and I'm breeding and catching a whole shit load of pokemon and one of the teams I've decided on doesn't include someone who can learn cut. Am I going to need to use cut again? edit: Also, what am I supposed to do after I beat her? I forgot after I took a break to breed and grind

Where can I find a moon stone? Also, where can I get the mining kit? I must have missed it because I'm in the wasteland and still don't have it.
