So, abilities that "Fear" a champion now only makes the affected champion run away from the user instead of wandering around aimlessly, which is good, considering you don't usually run into someone you're terrified of.

They also slow them apprently, however Riot hasn't said what the value is for that. (kinda annoying but all good). All Fears were basically given the Hecarim treament and turned into Terrifys. (I over all like the change, gives your team a solid idea of what is going to happen after you fear instead of them randomly wandering around.)
