As of today, I am officially retiring from LoL for a few months because 1: the community is fucking atrocious 2: because I get a lot of lag in the winter 3: because apparently I'm "not good enough"
The community sucks, yeah, but you have to deal with it like I do. Just ignore them or something. And yes, you aren't that good yet, that's why you have to practice! Try to stick to one champ for a while, look at guides, create a build that works for you. It's what I did.
