Wow. To prevent things like this from having an effect on you in the future I suggest a good anti-Malware software. Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D both make a great pair for fending off any sort of attacks.

I remember seeing designs for such a Pokemon not too long ago. On a related note, Recover would work with the design. As Ikaru stated, the suit could pull itself back together.
