      Eh, they can slow it down a little at best but it still wouldn't be that difficult for them to get around anything. I mean, they can just disconnect the device for a few hours and then connect it again at whatever location they're trying to go to - there's no feasible way you can tell whether they actually travelled or not while it's disconnected.

      There is a speed calculator, like if you teleport instantly, you'll be nearly instabaned.
