I hit chapter 16 and the interaction with simon does not seem to be in the walkthrough? Can you please add it?

Honestly, I just started chapter 16 (just defeated Ciel) and I have 0 idea as to where to go next. The lack of a journal or any semblence of compass is infuriating.
