V13.5 ~ Savefile Troubleshooting

Hi, I cannot proceed after the fight with Talon. It gives me an error log immediately upon completing the fight. My only guess why it's doing this is because this save file before the 13.5 update was a randomized game. After the 13.5 update, it's no longer randomized. Any help would be very appreciated!
