I have one issue, for some reason, I can't learn Staryu's pre-evo moves on my Starmie. Starmie should be able to learn Power Gem, as Staryu does by level up. However, neither Power Gem nor any of Staryu's other moves are showing up in the learn menu. Am I doing something wrong? I updated all the mod files to check that it wasn't me having an older version. -
