checked the server (discord server, not actual game server, i'm not a dev), seems online is just down i hear 19.5's server might check and get itself back up in around 15 minutes if this was still 19.16, it could be dead for days before ame woke up

you can in theory, but i never found out where i do know that you can go to [insert game location here] and learn the easy way that ditto and beldum are kind of wacky here
