I got Sneasel after my 12th Gym Badge. Instructions can be found on static encounters page. I'm just wondering what would be ideal EV's. Attack and speed?

Yeah for sure, reborn has it's ups and down. But I find the one good thing about pokemon reborn rather than the other half of the pokemon games is that it makes you think and its creative and sometimes you have to make a new team for different situations like that time you fight blake&fern then solaris and the warden helper. Also the event pokemon is a nice touch since most of them dont have a timezone worldwide like how gamefreak does it. I'm currently at Ciel and thinking of using lapras and or weaville for her, new members I've never used before.
