Thanks. Now i know how to set back my save files. It worked.

So i entered Route 4 and spoke with Aelita and Nim at the bridge. After teaming up i only had 1 pokemon with low health and died to a random emolga. After respawning and getting back to the bridge i cant interact with Nim. When i get to the Rift Den alone, theres a triggered text, but cant interact with the Den since im alone there. I already saved after i died. So my question is how i change the save to an earlier one. Thanks in advance.
