i know. and i have already talked to matthew. but he still doesnt show up in the lost camp. and he is not at his original spot. is this a glitch or some mistake i made

pls help me. so i found all the orphans accept for alisha, coz we need rock climb for that. yet i can only see 4 out of the 6 orphans i saved. More importantly matthew cant be seen, and i need the leaf stone.
