Ditto should be at least OU it could be ever even Uber if you see it like this, 'till OU the tier is settled as usage, 3.33% of people does use Ditto, so at this point is OU, also Ditto in OU is a feared adversary for most things there, cause like tenshi said... Ditto is as good as the pokemon it copies
