Eleviathan

Is there any talk on how legendries could/will be implemented? I feel a lot of the statues are good indicators of where they'll be. I think getting ho-oh or lugia from the VR Gen 2 battles would be fitting. Or maybe just Ho-oh and have lugia be a Shadow like in XD. I know some people don't like legendries but seeing them implemented would still be cool. (and imo the games hard enough to justify using them)

I think maybe having frostbite lead to freeze could work possibly???? Like ice beam could inflict frostbite, then have a chance to flat out freeze. Or after thawing out, being inflicted with frostbite might be more akin to real life. maybe moves can only freeze in hail or certain terrain/weather and inflict frostbite otherwise. some moves could only inflict frostbite while others freeze (maybe only low powers moves inflict fb) idk I really like frostbite but it seem weird to just get rid of freeze all together.
