Mudkip

Hi all, I'm trying to get myself a mudkip, but the npc you have to talk to isnt where he's supposed to be :( It's raining outside and everything. Is the thread i'm refrencing outdated or is something else going on? It's definetly raining outside; is the building wrong? Thanks so much in advance!

The NPC is inside the building, and the Mudkip is now Squirtle, not Mudkip.

Ctrl+f Mudkip to find the mudkip event

Mudkip os no longer on that questline. To find it you must use dive outside of the apophyl beach and find keys to enter the various underwater houses.

Mudkip will be hiding in a hole and you'll have to use an antidote on it.
