I had figured that I could probably get one later, but Numel is one of the best pokemon that you can get early game (in my opinion), so I didn't want to wait that long when I might've needed it for Corey & Shelly. Not sure when this was posted but now it's just regular rain and i saw it and offered it snax then it join im confident it wasnt storming when I got it.
