Chrysolia Cave

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask, but it seemed more fitting than 'Reborn City' so here I go:

Is that cave in Chrysolia Forest accessible? If so, how do I make it accessible?

Btw this is my third playthrough of Reborn... but I STILL can't find the Moss Rock, which is supposed to be somewhere in the forest... any hints on that would be appreciated too!

Moss Rock is all the way on the right, kinda close to when you enter Spinel town (try following the right trees and it branches out) but I also have no idea about that cave, I thought it had some connection with finding Eevee

The cave for Eevee is only at 2:45 AM on a Wednesday with Windy weather in the south-eastern corner of the forest.

Uh... yep I've tried clicking on it on a windy day - but nope that tree doesn't disappear. Unless I have to defeat Serra first...?

Or even the entire meteor operation in Tanzan. I forgot the conditions so you can access the cave.

I think you need just to enter Spinel Town for first time or beat Serra for the Eevee event (Windy Night only)

Oh and about the cave, Moss rock and everything else just keep moving and the whole forest will be clear at the end. Or even better after you clear Tanzan Meteor Base

You have to beat the PULSE pokemon in Tanzan mountain, in the Meteors`s base.

Hmm actually the entrance opened up for me when I defeated Serra. Although defeating the PULSE Abra will make the entrance easier to access
