EDIT: If you have a Dome Fossil, shove it in the Item Storage, because they go rage mode on you. Phlytosion Posted August 24, 2014 Share Posted August 24, 2014 Then if you have the helix fossil in your inventory and have removed the dome fossil from your inventory, someone in that building should start a sidequest with you requesting to find certain Pokemon. Find those Pokemon and show it to him (it may need to be the first Pokemon in your party, but I'm not sure). Once you've completed that, you should get the option to choose a Pokemon.
