Abra--->Alakzam

I wanted to ask how to change Abra to alakadar because in normal games u have to transfer it to someone else to evaluate it

You need to use a Link Stone. There's one you can buy from a guy in North Obsidia Ward, one hidden in Beryl Cave near a mine-able rock, and one more hidden outside the old Yureyu Building. There are more, but surely you have access to at least one of those.

If that doesn't work, its probably because you need to evolve your Abra into a Kadabra first :b
