(SPOILERS) The Melia Picnic Scene After Neved's Jurisdiction

Ok for context I am at a NG+ save, just finished Neved's Jurisdiction and I dunno if this was added in a new patch or if the scene is from NG+ save of V14 on account of so much shit being added to V14 (including NG+ content and even down to the addition of NG++ content and because screw it I guess yes I may as well be attempting NG++ soon) but after dealing with "Neved" for the final time suddenly the MC and Melia decide to have a picnic near the S.S. Bridgette and uh what do I say here

 

I'm asking because this game has added so much and I'm worried I might be missing something here like I did on multiple occasions
