"i found a key" i cannot do anything with it because lavender refuses to acknowledge it exists

i cleared out the gdc train path and aelita refuses to acknowledge that either. am i missing something???

I CHECKED THE UNDERGROUND AND I CLEARED THAT. see this is why aelita shouldve stayed cursed. literally where am i meant to go ive been stuck here for an hour

I AM BACK. WITH A NEW GRIPE. at the end of the chapter after the meeting it says to "rest in your room" then when you do it just heals your pokemon and nothing advances

i also couldnt find out how to get the key my guess is i was meant to get it at the end of the underground cutscene but it broke. i straight up had to debug it in.
