Can i use PKHex to change my save data? (ps. where can i find the .sav file?)

I wanted to change my save data so i can get some pokemon early (i.e. Scythor, which is behind gym **13** for some reason)
and also to get some items, and stuff.

PKHex will not work with the save files that are produced from Reborn, or any fan games, as they are .rxdata files, rather than .sav files.
Your best bet would be to enable Debug mode, and edit your mons in game. There should be some modified Debug mods available in the modding thread.
