the levels of all the trainers grew beyond what the walkthrough says, is this normal?

Basicallly what the title says, somehow i face all lvl 20 trainers when the fandom wiki guide and the walkthgrough i found says  other level, for example togademaru should be level 13 per the wiki, this all happened after first medal.
Maybe i did something or the wiki/walkthrough is outdated?

Just found i had levelfloor set on, nvm
i tought that was something about my level cap but missread it

im trying a nuzzlocke should i take it off? its hard to advine which level will each poke have this way...

If you want to do a nuzlocke of Reborn, then yes, turn it off. Reborn is already extremly difficult to nuzlock, you shouldn't make the info available to you unreliable
