Reborn Economy

I'd like to say I'm involved in the economy of Reborn in some way, but it's almost hardly true. In an effort to bring up my net worth (just so I can purchase customizable items) without spamming the forum for Rupees, I was wondering if someone could describe the Random Reborn Rupees shop item in the Miscellaneous section. It is a curious investment that I'd like to know about.

It does what it says on the box; it'll give you a random amount of $R. I'm assuming there's an extremely high cap... but you could also get screwed out of money, as well.
