Headbutt

Okay, so is there a guy in some really obvious place that teaches Headbutt, or a TM in plain sight that somewhere that everyone except me has found? Or do you have to find a pokemon that learns it by level up? If it's the latter, any suggestions? Preferably one that learns it at a low level and is easy to find/catch?

zigzaggoon learns it very early and you can get one in the via event at the obsida alleyway

i don't think there's any guys teaching headbutt or tm of its lying around. There is a pokemon that knows headbutt, all you have to do is show a girl 2 badges and she'll give you her Snubbull. The Snubbull knows headbutt.

cubone also knows headbutt when you caught it

Scraggy also can learn it

[Alphagar]

The castform you get from the girl knows it as well.
