I Plan on Making a Mod Based On All Gens: suggestions?

Im going to be adding regional forms, sometimes based on the shiny sprited some original. I also plan on changing some of the encounter tables since so many of them in the early game seem to feel repeats. I want to make the gen 8 and 9 mons earlier available so some of the worse mons can shine.

 

I also plan on rebalancing all 9 generations. I've done this before in many other games (rom hacks as well as fan games) and have a general idea of what each mon will look like before implementing regional forms. I'm working on this project as I go through my current run. 

 

The game will be intended to be nuzloked as thats how I play pokemon, bit you can play however you'd like. 

 

So my question is: any suggestions? If anyone has any code of abilities they think would be good to be added O would appreciate that as its the only thing I don't know how to do. I've implemented new moves before but not new abilities.
