little confuse about the finding 5 offices before battle with Taka and Zel

hello, eveyone, I am little confuse about the true ending route, some of people say that I have to find all 5 offices before battle with Taka with his pulse, but how are you going to find all of the offices with grassroots block your way to the second office?  please help and thank you

Once you beat the Tangrowth in Malchous Forest those tendrils will go away, you just have to worry about finding them all before the fight in Rhodocrine.
