help fixing softlock

so in the rhodochrine jungle area there is a trap that you fall into that prompts a cutscene

i didn't know this and used dig with one of my mons and i got stuck when i went back into the area

my last save is from a while ago and i really don't want to go through like 2 hours of gameplay again so if anyone know how to fix this it please help

Send the save file that is softlocked, or revert the save to an older one to fix.
