Looking for a low level shiny pidgey :)

Good evening ! i was grinding for a while but i cant find a shiny pidgey in the first bush at the start of the game . i just started new game. Anyone can help?

Good evening! Glad you got your shiny Pidgey :)You will see a button at the top called "Moderation Actions" and then you can click "Lock" o/

well i dont see the moderation option next to these two options . maybe something with my account ? i just now chose  a picture . it said your account is complete 50 % maybe that was a problem?
