Started playing this game last month and am barely on the forums yet to avoid story spoilers. can anyone please tell me where the above item is located or the steps to getting it? Before you fight it there's an NPC in one of the houses nearby that will tell you a little bit about it, once you beat it that's also where you'll find the readout.
