Tier 6 not starting? [solved]

Accoriding to the postgame guide, I've beaten all the tier 5 quests. Now marcello is the only person at a desk, and there are still two glowy spots on the floor.

I know it's not the darkrai thing because a: smeargle isn't here and b: I already finished that quest. any idea what's going on?

 

edit: it's fixed, just had to catch the darkrai to finish off the quest.

did you actually fought the anomoly darkrai and caught it ?

oh, you catch it in that quest? I just assumed it was over due to the npc disappearing. where can I find it?
